We want you to love every sip of your BrewDog order, but if something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable merchandise and quality-guaranteed replacements for damaged beverages. Since our craft beer is a perishable product, please contact our support team immediately if you encounter any issues with freshness or delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Package Your Items
For merchandise and apparel, ensure items are in their original packaging. For damaged beer, please take a photo of the defect for our quality control team.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
