We ship all our beers in reinforced, temperature-stable packaging to protect the flavor profile and prevent breakage during the delivery process.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the items to receive a full refund or replacement.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The majority of our core range, including Punk IPA and Hazy Jane, is vegan-friendly. We clearly label any specialty brews that contain lactose or honey on the product page.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner so you can follow your beer's journey in real-time.
Do I need to be home to sign for my package?
Yes, because our products contain alcohol, an adult aged 18 or over must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the delivery.
